Peter C. Lucas
Mr. Lucas is a New Jersey Supreme Court Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a designation held by relatively few attorneys. Mr. Lucas was selected to the 2013 New Jersey Super Lawyers list recognizing attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice. The selection process is rigorous based on third party validation of professional accomplishments. Mr. Lucas handles matters in both Federal and State Courts and specializes in general litigation matters including Personal Injury, Labor and Employment, Commercial and Business matters, Product Liability, Professional Malpractice and other general civil practice matters. As a trial attorney, Mr. Lucas has conducted trials and has handled numerous hearings, arbitrations, mediations, depositions and other discovery proceedings. To earn the designation of Supreme Court Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Lucas has had to demonstrate a substantial level of experience in civil trial law, has been favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with his work, has taken and passed a written examination in civil trial law and has had to fulfill ongoing continuing legal education requirements. Mr. Lucas has handled a variety of transactional matters and has served as counsel to small to medium sized companies. Mr. Lucas has handled both complex and routine real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions, formation of corporations, partnerships and Limited Liability Companies as well as other general corporate matters. Mr. Lucas is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse University Journal of International Law. Mr. Lucas earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Rutgers College. Mr. Lucas is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and member of the United States Supreme Court Bar. Mr. Lucas is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and has served as Trustee for several years and chaired several sections within the Association. Mr. Lucas is also a Personal Injury and Contract arbitrator.
Lourdes Lucas
Ms. Lucas is a litigation and transactional attorney specializing in Labor and Employment Law and Commercial and Business Law. Other areas of practice include Municipal Court matters and Criminal Defense. Ms. Lucas is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and also holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She earned her undergraduate degree at Florida International University. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Lucas was an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorneys Office. Ms. Lucas also served as in-house corporate counsel for a telecommunications company responsible for employee relations, contract and lease review, regulatory issues, and general corporate matters. Ms. Lucas is a member of the New York , New Jersey and United States Supreme Court Bars. She is also a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. Ms. Lucas also serves as a court appointed Contract Arbitrator and is a qualified mediator included in the roster of Court approved mediators. Ms. Lucas is fluent in Spanish.
Jessica S. Strugibenetti
Ms. Strugibenetti graduated from Lafayette College in 2003 where she earned a dual Bachelors degree in Arts and Science in Geology and Government and Law. She studied law at Albany Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2006.

Upon graduation, Ms. Strugibenetti clerked for Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. She then moved on to private practice where she has focused on matrimonial and family law matters, personal injury defense, workers compensation, employment law and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Strugibenetti is an active member of the Monmouth Bar Association. She is a trustee for the Monmouth Bar Association having served for two years and has also chaired other major committees. Ms. Strugibenetti is a representative to the Young Lawyers Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Federal Court as well as in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York.
  Kelly A. Day
Ms. Day graduated cum laude in 1999 from Boston College with a degree in Political Science and Communications. She graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Day received the Best Brief Award in the Gressman Moot Court Competition and was named Best Oralist in the Appellate Advocacy class.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Day worked in the field of broadcast journalism at both NBC News in New York and CBS News in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2004, she had a summer internship with the Federal Public Defenders’ Office. In 2005-2006, Ms. Day clerked for the Honorable Francis P. DeStefano, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. She also served as a law clerk in the Appellate Section of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office in 2007. In 2010, Ms. Day worked at the Office of the Public Defenders’ office on a per diem basis, arguing cases on behalf of juvenile defendants.

In private practice, Ms. Day focuses on a variety of litigation matters, including criminal and municipal matters, Estate and Trusts and general litigations. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
